St. Elizabeth Parish School participates in the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) after school sports program. CYO Athletics endeavors to help young people be more Christ-like in the way they live. The programs focus on the total development of participants in order to influence the formation of Christian values.

CYO is about more than the final score. It’s about positive coaching, sportsmanship for children and their parents, learning to live together in a diverse community, maximizing talents, and fostering the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual strength in each of us.

Students in grades 5-8 may participate in volleyball, football, basketball, soccer, softball, and track and field. Grades 3 and 4 may participate in track and field.

Parents may participate in the Spartan Club, dedicated to bringing athletes of the school quality athletic programs in various sports sponsored by CYO. Parents may also serve as coaches, all of whom are interviewed and are CYO and Virtus Certified.
