2010-2011 Jr. High Supply List

Dear Parents,                                                                  June 2010

Each 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th grade student must have the following basic supplies for the 2010-2011 school year. If during the course of the year a student runs out of these basic supplies, they need to be purchased again. 

1 - memory stick (512 mg) or larger

1 - trapper keeper with zipper

2 – folders with pockets

2 -70 page single subject spiral notebook with pockets; wide ruled

1 - three subject spiral notebook with pockets

1 - Mead composition book

3 - mechanical or #2 pencils with erasers and sharpener

3 - red ball point pens

3 - black or blue ball point pens

1 - yellow highlighter

2 - whiteboard markers (any color - grades 6 & 7)

1 – set of 8  watercolor markers

1 – set of 8 colored pencils

1 - manual pencil sharpener

1 – protractor (6^th grade)

1 – pencil case (soft) with 3 holes for binder

1 - pkg. of ¼” graph paper

6 - spandex large size book covers/paper covers

3 - pkgs. of 100 index cards

1 – set of tab dividers (grade 7)

2 - reams of white copy paper

3 - boxes of tissues -250 count (1 for 8^th grade)

1 – roll of paper towels

3 - boxes of baby wipes (grades 6 & 7)

*A continuous supply of notebook paper, pens and index cards needs to be available to each student.  They need about 20 sheets at a time, but must refill their trapper keepers whenever their supply gets low.

*No permanent markers are allowed on campus. 

*An agenda will be supplied to each student.

*Books MUST be covered at all times – paper covers are acceptable
