Spotlight Message - Catholic Schools Week 2023!

Catholic Schools Week
"This article first appeared in the Pasadena Outlook - November 2021"

Catholic Schools have a mission to develop children within a faith-filled community where we see our commitment to educate as a ministry, to form children to be their best selves, as God wants them to be. St. Elizabeth Parish School, which celebrates its 105th year, is dedicated to Goodness, Kindness, Creativity, Teamwork, and Academic Excellence.  Every Catholic School has unique characteristics, yet our core mission is the same, a high-quality, affordable, and faithful educational experience for all students and families.

The legacy of Catholic School Education in the greater Los Angeles region began in the middle and late 19th century. We now make up one of the largest Catholic School Districts in the United States, educating more than 65,000 students. Our dedication to students and families from diverse backgrounds continue to define us in the 21st century. Dual-Language, STEM and other academic programs are now choices for families across the region. In order to maintain our affordability, St. Elizabeth and other select Catholic Schools are also able to grant generous tuition scholarships to incoming students.

Come and discover our Catholic Schools! St. Elizabeth Parish School has a Tours and Information Session this Sunday, January 29 from 11:30-1:00pm, www.saint-elizabeth.org.  Do not hesitate to contact us to schedule a time to come and meet with us, 626.797.7727.

"St. Elizabeth nurtures the best in each child in a committed and caring community"

In 1919, St. Elizabeth Parish School was founded by the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary.  The school's core values are goodness, kindness, creativity, teamwork, and academic excellence. The solid foundation of long-serving teachers, the affordable tuition and good value, the educational success and excellence and parent engagement are the heart and magic of our school.
St. Elizabeth is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and Accrediting Commission for Schools (ACS) for elementary schools.
