COVID Testing Registration

OmniPathology will conduct drive-thru COVID testing on Fridays.  The new time is 11:30am-2:00pm at St. Elizabeth Parish School Parking Lot.  You must first register and establish an account with OmniPathology.

The registration process includes you to complete two forms: an informed consent and a HIPPA authorization.  There is a video and instructions on the “Home” page to help you with the registration process.  Your password is omni2021, you will be prompted to create your own password once you are in the portal.

The side parking gates on Woodbury will be opened for the drive-thru process.  The technicians will be located by the stairs near the first grade classroom.  You will receive your test results in 24-48 hours.
